How to Shop

1. All prices are in USD$ and are inclusive of GST.
   
2. Products are grouped in categories e.g. Limited Editions on Canvas, Unlimited Prints on A3 paper.
   
3. Some prints are available on both Canvas and A3 paper.
   
4. Browse to a product that you wish to purchase and click 'checkout'.
   
5. At the shopping cart page, you can view the items you wish to purchase or remove them from your shopping cart.
   
6. To make an online purchase, customers have to create an account.
   
7. Returning customers can login and new customers can sign up.
   
8. After you checkout, select a flat rate shipping option.
9. After selecting your shipping method, select a payment method.
   
10. At the moment, we only accept credit card payments with Paypal.
    
11. Click on the Paypal button and you will be brought to the Paypal website to login.
    
12. After confirming your credit card details in Paypal, you will be brought back to PingLian.com shop to complete the order. Your credit card will only be charged after the order has been approved.
    
13. You may be contacted by email to arrange shipping and get a reply to any enquiries you may have.
